Step 1
Mix chopped cabbage, onions, garlic and ginger paste, soy sauce, black pepper and salt in a bowl
Step 2
Cook it on high flame with 1 tbsp of oil. Set it aside to cool.
Step 3
Kneed some flour with salt, oil and warm water(medium dough).
Step 4
Make small rounds and fill in the stuffing.
Step 5
Grease some oil on steamer and place the dumplings. Cook for 10 mins and take it off plate.
