Plant Based Potstickers

These are a protein packed plant based dinner that is yummy and oh so fun to make! ⁣They take a little bit of time, but are a perfect way to show your partner OR yourself, a little extra love 💗 Tip: reheating these in the air fryer on 'reheat' gives them the perfect crisp again!

Instructions

Step 1
Chop tofu, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, green onion and cilantro. (I roughly chopped and then used a food processor or one of those onion choppers to get it really fine and into small pieces!)⁣
Step 2
Sauté garlic and ginger in pan lightly coated with sesame oil until fragrant. Then add in your chopped items from above. Sauté until soft.
Step 3
Once soft, add in your tamari sauce and sesame oil, mix and remove from heat! ⁣ Let mixture cool.⁣
⁣
Step 4
Once cool, scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture into the center of the wonton wrapper. Gently dip finger in water and brush around the edge of the wrapper. Fold over and press to seal. ⁣
Step 5
Once dumplings are made, add to avocado oiled pan and sauté until side is crisp. Flip over to crisp other side. Once both sides are crispy, I add in ¼ cup of water to pan, be careful it will spit! I then cover with a lid and let all water steam off on medium heat, about 3 min. This gives the dumpling the perfect softness while keeping the crunch! ⁣
