2boneless skinless chicken breasts
sliced in half lengthwise & pounded out
kosher salt
black pepper

½ call-purpose flour
¼ cbreadcrumbs
onion powder

Instructions
Step 1
Mix Flour, breadcrumbs, onion powder, and garlic salt together.
Step 2
Pound the chicken breasts with a meat tenderizer until the are they same thickness. Cover in breading mix.
Step 3
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the pan.
Step 4
Cook chicken, flipping when needed.
Step 5
In a separate saucepan, melt 4 tbs. butter. Once melted, add garlic and sauce for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Next, add lemon juice, simmering for 2-3, then add wine and reduce.
Step 7
When the wine has reduced, add 2 tbs. more butter and heavy cream. Simmer until reduced to taste. To thicken sauce further, add a small amount of Parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Serve over spaghetti, carefully pouring sauce over chicken and pasta.
