Crescent Breakfast Ring

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat ovens to 375 degrees.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the chopped peppers to it and stir. Season with salt & pepper.
Step 3
Cook the eggs in a skillet so they are scrambled.
Step 4
Lay out the crescent on the parchment paper, like a star. 1 can will make 1 star. (6 in total)
Step 5
On each crescent lay a piece of bacon, the length of each crescent, up to the point. Add cheese around each ring. Add the scrambled eggs around each ring and top each with more cheese.
Step 6
Fold the crescents over. Brush with the eggwash to give the ring a nice golden colour once baked.
Step 7
Bake for about 20 min, or until the crescents are cooked and golden brown.
Step 8
Top each finished ring with the chopped parsley.
