Instructions

Step 1
Dice the paneer into small chunks
Step 2
Add the ghee to a large pan or wok and fry the chopped paneer until lightly golden. Remove from the pan

Chop the pepper and onion and add to the pan and cook until soft
Step 4
Add the finely chopped brocolli, chopped ginger and chopped garlic and stir through
Step 5
Add the curry paste, lemon juice and the coconut cream until dissolved
Step 6
Add the passata and water and bring to the boil
Step 7
Add the peas
Step 8
Rice the rice and add the rice, bring back to the boil
Step 9
Transfer to a large oven proof dish and bake in the oven at 180oC for 20-30 minutes until the rice is cooked. Stir carefully half way through
Step 10
Garnish with fresh coriander if you like it and enjoy!
