Step 1
Cook pasta in salted boiling water (al dente). Reserve pasta cooking water.
Step 2
Cook the garlic in olive oil (keep about 2tbsp of it) . Add pinch of red pepper flakes. Cook over medium heat until garlic is lightly golden.
Step 3
Add pasta with pasta water, increase heat to high, and cook, stirring rapidly, until a creamy sauce forms and coats the noodles. Remove from heat and add remaining olive oil, then stir well to combine. Mix in parsley, and serve right away. Bon appétit.
