Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
In a pan, pour the oil, add the chopped garlic and the chili pepper and heat for 1 min. Then add the anchovies and heat for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add the passata and simmer for 5 mins. Add the olives and capers. Simmer for 15 mins over low heat. Turn off the heat and add the parsley.
Step 4
Add the pasta and it's ready ! You can serve with a drizzle of olive oil. Bon appétit !
