I used the Prozis oat powder, literally acts just like all purpose flour - oats are SUPER ground up

1 ½ tspbaking powder

1 ½ tspcinnamon

6 Tbsppure pumpkin purée

2 Tbspplain nonfat Greek yogurt

3 Tbspsugar free maple syrup
or liquid sweetener of choice

2 Tbspbutter
cold and cut into cubes

¼ cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk
reserve 2 tbsp or so to brush over the top

1 tspvanilla extract

⅛ tspsalt
