Instructions
Step 1
Heat the AIR FRYER on 200c for 5 minutes to heat it up.
OvenPreheat
Step 2
Cube 2 large potatoes into one centimetre pieces and mix together in a bowl with the chopped onion, parsley and minced garlic, salt and pepper and one tablespoon of oil. Mix well to coat all the ingredients. Don’t cut the onion so small that it falls through the holes in the air fryer.
Step 3
Put the salmon fillets on a piece of parchment paper and brush with oil and any spices you want (personally I use smoked paprika and herbs de Provence). Set aside.
Step 4
Put the vegetables into the Air Fryer Basket (uncooked). Close the lid and select the AirFryer setting and then set the time for 10 minutes. Stir and then continue for a further 7 minutes.
Step 5
Open the lid and gently turn the potatoes, then put the fish (on its grease proof paper) on top of the potatoes. Set the air fryer to cook for a further 8 or 12 mins, same temperature.
Step 6
They will both be ready at the same time. You can open lid to check on things. Serve with a green vegetable.
