Ingredients

7 servings

2/3 cups of milk
⅔ cupsmilk
Q egg
egg
muffins mix

Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients into a medium to large bowl.
Step 2
Mix well and set aside.
Step 3
Place griddle onto a burner. Add high temp cooking oil. Preheat until oil and griddle is hot.
Step 4
Lower griddle temperature to medium heat.
Step 5
Add small to medium amount of batter to griddle, depending on the size you prefer.
Step 6
Once pancake is nice golden brown flip it.
Step 7
Best way to tell is wait until you see little inverted bubbles around the edges of the pancakes.
Step 8
Slightly lift the pancake to check the griddle side that it's a nice golden brown, then flip it.
Step 9
Wait a minute or two before checking that side & check every 2 minutes until that side is a golden brown.
Step 10
When golden remove from griddle and place on a serving plate.
Step 11
To keep pancakes warm preheat oven to lowest setting before beginning.

Place pancake on serving plate a cover with foil. Remember to use hot pads & foil is to keep pancakes from drying out.

Will need griddle pan. Cast iron ones are best in my opinion. (wasn't in equipment listing)
