Instructions

Step 1
I. Chop all the ingredients for prep

3. Put onion & garlic & 1/4 cup olive oil in pot on medium heat

4. Stir and sautΓ© until onions are translucent!
Step 4
Add meat and stir until brown. Then add spices
Step 5
Add potatoes and veggies then mix
Step 6
Add then add the tomato paste and stir into meat. After stirring add in your chicken stock cube and add water. Or instead you can add 1/2 veggie or chicken broth with 1 can of tomato sauce.
Step 7
Cook on high till it boils and then let it cook on low-med for 10 mins until sauce reduces
