Dry clean lentils to remove rocks and stuff

Soak lentils with lime / vinegar

Lentils with 1-2 fingers water above -- 10 min (can also put the carrots together)

Chopped carrots with enough water to cover -- 10 min
Sautee
Step 5
Sautee onions, garlic, ginger, and spices
Main Soup
Step 6
Throw lentils, carrots, sautee, tomato sauce, and lime juice in a pot

Warm it up and blend with hand blender
