cooked and chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Saute onions and garlic together in a large saucepan over medium heat
Step 2
Add ground beef to the saucepan, and brown
Step 3
Drain excess fat
Step 4
Transfer the cooked onions, garlic and meat to your crockpot
Step 5
Add all vegetables and spices (except garish ingredients) to the crockpot
Step 6
Stir
Step 7
Set crockpot to low and allow to slow cook for about 6 hours
Step 8
Spoon into bowls
Step 9
Garnish with crumbled bacon and avocado slices
