Ingredients
4 servings
4 cupsrice
hot, cooked, such as brown, white, or jasmine
VEGET TOPPINGS
ABLE
greens
Sautéed, such as spinach, kale, broccoli rabe, or Swiss chard
snow peas
Sautéed
avocados
Cubed or sliced
shredded lettuce
shredded carrots
PROTEIN TOPPINGS
chicken
Cooked, steak, or pork

Steamed or sautéed
toasted sesame oil
soy sauce
Lemon
lime, or orange wedges
sriracha
chopped peanuts
sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Place a serving bowl with the rice in the center of the table.
Step 2
Surround the bowl with bowls or dishes of a selection of vegetables, protein, and condiments, and either of the sauces, if desired.
Step 3
Spoon 1 cup of rice into each of 4 dinner bowls.
Step 4
Let everyone customize their rice as they choose.
