Instructions

Step 1
1. Set macaroni to boil, make sure to salt the water properly. Add some seasoning salt to that if you feel fancy
Step 2
Remove sardine to a bowl or plate. Add salt, black pepper, all purpose seasoning, fish sauce and seasoning salt to your taste. Using a fork, flake the sardine to your desired consistency
Step 3
Chop onion and scotch bonnet pepper and set aside.
Step 4
Once macaroni is cooked to your desired texture, remove from fire and drain
Step 5
In a hot frying pan that can hold the macaroni later, add coconut oil. Lightly saute the onion until fragrant. Add scotch bonnet pepper, toss it around a bit until it's fragrant. Add sardine.
Step 6
After mixing the sardine with the onion and scotch bonnet pepper, continue sauteing. Add macaroni and combine
Step 7
Add black pepper and olive oil. I like the taste the extra black pepper and the olive oil gives a slippery mouth feel
Step 8
Combine, then remove from fire.
