Instructions
Step 1
Heat the honey in a large wok at high to medium. As it heats add the herbs and spices
Step 2
Once hot and bubbly, add the pork and turn down the hob to low. stir well to coat the pork in honey mixture
Step 3
Stir every now and again, to avoid it sticking, ensure the pork is cooked through/evenly and evenly coat the pork.
Step 4
Serve with chips or mash and vegetables.
