Instructions

Step 1
Make the sauce – In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 2 tbsp tuna fish sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1–2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp plum extract, 2 tbsp mirim, 1 tbsp minced garlic, ½ tsp grated ginger, a bit black pepper, and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Step 2
Prepare ingredients – Slice 3 green onions and ½ onion. Cut pork into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Stir-fry pork – Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan, add pork, and pour in the sauce. Stir-fry over high heat for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Add sliced green onion and sliced onion, stir-fry for 1 more minute.
Step 5
Add 2 tbsp corn syrup, toss well, and sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds on top. Spicy, sweet, and savory stir-fried pork is done!
