cut into 3 sections
3stocks celery
cut into 3 sections
1red onion

3 Tablespoonsea salt
3 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
2whole bay leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Put all ingredients into pot, pressure cook 3 hours. Let natural pressure release. Strain broth. Pressure Can jars 30 minutes, let natural release. Cool at least 12 hours. Wash bottles and label.
