Step 1
warm ghee in saute pan on medium heat
Step 2
add shallots, fry until golden brown and crispy (only few mins)
Step 3
remove pan from heat. add in cayenne, paprika, pepper, turmeric. stir well to combine into a paste
Step 4
shake can of coconut milk vigorously. return pan to heat, add coconut milk
Step 5
bring mixture to a rolling simmer
Step 6
reduce heat to low, add the shrimp, plus salt and lemon juice
Step 7
cook until shrimp are pink and opaque
Step 8
serve with rice
