Instructions
Step 1
cook ground beef and onions in fry pan and salt a little when done cooking, then drain.
Step 2
get another pot and put a thin layer of oil in pot and heat a little, take the cooked rice and put in the pot with the oil and toss the rice so the oil coats the rice, season a little with salt.
Step 3
Now throw the ground beef mix and corn into the pot with rice and mix.
Step 4
The kids and I love to put ketchup on top when we eat it. You can also change it up a bit and mix bbq sauce, or mix a little taco seasoning in it. Or what ever your little hearts desire. *If those of you that want a little healthier option do the same with quinoa, ground chicken or ground turkey, and organic corn, season as desired.
