large, halved and thinly sliced

2 x 8 ozcans tomato sauce

⅔ cuphickory BBQ sauce

1 ½ cupswater

½ cupbrown sugar

5green peppers

2 Tbspchili powder

2 tspdry mustard

2 tspinstant coffee

1 tsporegano

1 tspthyme

1 tspsage

½ tspcayenne pepper

2cloves garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Scramble fry ground beef, then rinse under hot water. Place all ingredients in an 8 qt kettle and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour.
