Instructions
Step 1
Mix the pancake ingredients in to a bowl and let them sit for 5 minutes
Step 2
Add to a greased sheet Pan, bake at gas mark 5 for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Let cool for 10 minutes then slice
Step 4
Pair with greek yogurt and/or peanut butter
