Instructions
Step 1
Blend all ingredients (add wet ingredients in first) until it becomes a smooth batter. Adjust the amount of milk if the batter is too dense.
Step 2
Let the batter rest for a minute
Step 3
Spray pan with oil spray and scoop ¼ cup of batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until bubbles appear. Repeat until batter runs out
Step 4
Add toppings of your choice
