Step 1
Sauté meat. Add onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, and crushed garlic.
Step 2
Once meat is cooked through, add seasoning (to taste) and flour. Also add enough water to cover meat. Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer on low for an hour.
Step 3
Thicken with corn starch as needed.
Step 4
Serve over rice.
