Instructions
Step 1
Cut the lettuce vertically into 6 pieces & peel the onions
Step 2
In a big bowl, combine the peas, onions, lettuce, salt, sugar, and 30g room temperature butter and mix it all together. Add the bouquet of chervil and refrigerate for at least 30 mins
Step 3
In a pan, add 2 serving spoons of water and the pea mix, and cook covered for 15-20 mins on a low heat.
Step 4
Add the butter then salt and pepper to taste
