Cut the garlic cloves and the lemon in 4 pieces.
Boil water for the pasta and add the 1 garlic clove, salt and half the lemon to the water. cut the chicken fillet, cucumber, spinach and bell pepper in medium size pieces or to your liking. Warm up the pan and put the oil in. Let the oil melt and put the garlic in and thyme. (leave the thyme whole so you can take them out easy when you serve the dish)
After a minute put the chicken in the pan and bake till done.
Add the salt, Italian spices and cream in the pan. When its melted and boiling add all of the veggies in the pan and stir. After 2 minutes your saus is ready and you can add it to the pasta. Take out the thyme branches from the saus and the lemon from the pasta water and rinse the pasta when its done. Take a pan and heat it up, when its hot put the sunflowerseeds in the pan and roast them, add some salt and they should be done after 1 minuted +-. they are easy to burn so take them out immediately when they are ready. Serve the pasta with saus and the sunflowerseeds as a topping. to taste you can add some salt and lemon juice over your dish.
