Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta per directions
Step 2
While pasta is cooking; melt 2 tbs of butter in large saute pan on med heat
Step 3
Add bread crumbs to butter and stir occasionally. Add another tbs of butter and seasonings.
Step 4
Continue stirring occasionally to brown bread crumbs. Lower heat if over browning
Step 5
Drain cooked pasta. Add seasoning, chives, tbs of butter and some olive oil. Stir to combine. Turn heat off on bread crums.
Step 6
Add pasta to bread crumbs or vice versa depending on pan sizes. Have pan on recently turned off burner. Stir to mix bread crumbs throughout pasta.
