Step 1
Marinate the fish in olive oil, garlic, and seasoning. You’ll want to make sure this get to the inside of the fish.

After 30 min, start heating oil in a pan over medium high heat. Fry for around 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the skin is crispy.

Serve with lemon and parsley
