Step 1
Lay down the cod filet on a plate and poor a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice on both sides. Add some salt and pepper too before to place the plate in the fridge so it can marinate. Let he cod filet marinate in the fridge for 1 hour

Step 2
Once the cod filet is marinated, mix the breadcrumbs with all the spices and bred the fish on both sides.

Warm up some olive oil in a frying pan and when is hot, cook the cod filet for 5 minutes each side so it can become a little crispy.
