Instructions

Step 1
- Heat most of the oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
Step 2
- Add beans, coat in oil And allow to brown, 3-4 minutes then brown on the other side
Step 3
- Once beans are are golden and crispy transfer to plate
Step 4
- Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes
Step 5
- Add a little more oil to the pan, once heated add kale and pinch of salt, cook for a few minutes, turning till tender and edges have crisped
Step 6
- Add walnuts and garlic, stir for a minute
Step 7
- Add grating of nutmeg and the lemon juice and zest
Step 8
- Add the beans and heat through
Step 9
- Serve with Parmesan and heat
