Step 1
Add 3 inches of water to a medium sized pot, bring it to a boil, and add a steaming basket. Place the potatoes in the basket, cover, and steam for 5 to 10 minutes, under until tender.
Step 2
Remove and place in a bowl. Add the garlic, cilantro, green onion, mustard powder, radish, cucumber, asparagus and lemon juice.
