Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Mince the onion and pickle.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.

Burger Patty

Step 3
Put the meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then knead well.
Step 4
Form the meat into 2 balls. The balls then press flat with your hand and shape.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the meat and fry for 2min occasionally pressing the meat down. Flip the patty. Place the cheese on top and fry for another 2min.

Burger

Step 6
Cut the burger buns in half. Toast in the same pan in which the meat was fried until golden brown.
Step 7
Slice the pickle and ice berg salad and dice the onion.
Step 8
Spread the bottom half with half of the sauce.
Step 9
Top it with the salad, onion, pickles and first burger patty.
Step 10
Place the other bottom burger bun on top.
Step 11
Repeat the steps 8 and 9.
Step 12
Stack the top burger bun half on top and enjoy!
