Instructions

Step 1
Season the beef mince with salt and pepper. Split it in half and mould into 2 thin patties. Cook in a non stick fry pan until golden brown on both sides (press them down with a spatula to keep them flat).
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients together. Dice the lettuce and onion. Set aside.
Step 3
Place the bottom bun onto a plate (I toast my bun in the pan for a few seconds first), add some lettuce & the cheese slice.
Step 4
Top with one patty (to melt the cheese slightly), diced onion, pickles, burger thin, remaining lettuce & patty. Spread the sauce over the bun lid and close.
