Step 1
🥘heat oil in a flat pan, add capsicum, saute until softens, then add peas. once it softens, after a min - mash with a masher
Step 2
🥘 now add chopped tomatoes. cook until soft. mash again
Step 3
🥘 Add redchilli powder, coriander powder and salt🧂 mix well with a masher and cook for 2 mins.
Step 4
🥘 now add mashed potato. mix well and cook for 5 mins. once done take it out in a bowl
Step 5
🥘 Tadka - heat oil in the same pan and now add onion and then add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste. Sautee all until onion becomes soft.
Step 6
🥘 now add pav bhaji masala n then the potato mix that we had kept aside.Add some butter and mix well. Also add some water until you get desired consistency.
Step 7
add crushed kasuri methi 1-2 tbsp. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 mins until all combined.
Step 8
Garnish with chopped coriander. Enjoy!
