Step 1
Prepare and shred carrot and cucumber and chop green onion and garlic. Chop pork belly into tiny pieces or grind it in a blender.
Step 2
Heat up olive oil in the pan, put minced pork belly in the pan to stir fry till it becomes golden brown. Then add minced garlic, Pi Xian bean paste, sweet bean paste, sugar in the pork belly to mix for a few minutes. Finally, drop some green onion in the pork before removing it from the heat.
Step 3
Cook noodles in a pot of boiling water until al dente and take it out into a bowl. Cook bean sprouts in the boiling water for 30 seconds and remove it from the pot. Top noodle with shredded carrot, cucumber, bean sprouts and bean paste meat sauce. Mix to serve.
