Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F, line a baking sheet
Step 2
Cut each potato into 8 wedges, and pat dry with paper towel
Step 3
mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl, add and coat potatoes
Step 4
lay out coated wedges on the baking sheet and bake for 30 min
