Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 220
Cook pasta and set to one side
Combine stock cube, balsamic vinegar and tomatoe puree with 150ml boiling water.
Heat a pan and cook courgette and chicken for 10 mins.
Add chopped garlic and cook for a further minute
Add the stock mix and chopped tomatoes and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 mins
Add the pasta to the sauce mix and stir. Put half of the pasta in an oven proof dish then sprinkle half of the grated cheese on. Top up with the rest of the pasta and the remaining cheese.
Put in the oven for 15 mins
