Instructions

Step 1
Prepare noodles according to packet, just before using.
Step 2
Mix all sauce ingredients.
Step 3
Heat oil in wok, add garlic. Add meat until mostly cooked. Add broccoli and cook all (steam).
Step 4
Move all to the side of the wok and scramble eggs. Mix all.
Step 5
Remove all from wok, heat some oil in empty wok. Add noodles and sauce, loosen noodles. Toss until noodles are covered and caramelised.
Step 6
Add meat and vegetables back in the wok and toss.
