Step 1
Cook rice on stove according to pack directions

Add oil and vegetables to a pan on medium heat and cook until veggies are slightly tender

Add chicken to pan

Add garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, pepper, chilli and basil. Turn heat up to high
Step 5
Cook until chicken is cooked through, serve on top of rice with a slice of lime
