Vegetarian Taco Cups
These meatless taco cups are so delicious and filling.

Ingredients

taco sauce
triple cheddar shredded cheese

Chopped and seasoned
Shredded mozzarella
provolone
6Colored peppers
I used 2 of each color
1onion

8 ozmushrooms
1squash
1zucchini
shredded mexican style cheese
12 cupmuffin pan won ton
layer each cup Put one ingredients in order listed above
food processor
to chop veggies if you have one Takes less time
veggies
Season ALL, to your liking before cooking

Step 1

Season all of the veggies
Step 2
Layer the ingredients in the order you choose. I layered mine in the order they are listed under ingredients.
Step 3
Cook on 400 Degrees for about 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
