Instructions

Step 1
Sift dry ingredients. Mix boiling water with oil and add to flour mixture. Stir thoroughly with a spoon as it is very hot. Once manageable to knead, fold dough until elastic consistency. Set aside to cool for 15 minutes. Make into balls of 60g and roll out as rotis. Place onto a heater flat pan or roti tawa and bake on both sides, approx 25 seconds on each side. Enjoy!
