Shrimp Ceviche

This is the best ceviche I’ve ever had. Leave the jalapeño out if you don’t like it spicy or substitute it with any pepper of your choice for desired spice level.

Instructions

Step 1
Peel and Devine the shrimp. Boil water and add shrimp. Cook for 3 minutes. Strain water and let shrimp cool in fridge. Once cooled chop shrimp to desired size.
Step 2
Dice tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and jalapeño. Fine chop the cilantro
Step 3
Add shrimp, vegetables, citrus juices, ketchup, horseradish, garlic salt, and Tajin to a large bowl
Step 4
Stir all the ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste
Step 5
Place in refrigerator and serve chill
