Instructions
Step 1
Chop ends off Brussels sprouts
Step 2
Put in pan with edge (such as oblong cake pan)
Step 3
Chop 1 onion ( or shallots) finely and layer on top of Brussels sprouts
Step 4
Drizzle liberally with olive (or avocado) oil.
Step 5
Add black pepper (optional)
Step 6
Bake for 25 - 40 minutes at 425° F (or 400° F if convection)
