Salmon Cakes
My grandmother, Mary, made these when I was growing up. She always served them with applesauce and Kraft box macaroni and cheese. So good!!
I use 2 Packets of the Chicken of the Sea brand - if you use canned salmon, remember to debone and drain.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix salmon, egg, bread crumbs, lemon juice and seasonings in bowl.
Step 2
Form into equal sizes of little cakes/discs and roll in flour just to coat. Transfer each to plate for cook prep.
Step 3
Heat skillet on low/medium depending on your stove, and pour in olive oil. Add salmon cakes and cook 3-4 min each side.
