Instructions
Step 1
Chop Mushrooms, one onion and garlic then set aside
Step 2
Place a pan on high heat, and cook onions until browned
Step 3
Place 250g of mince into the pan and cook till browned
Step 4
Add the chopped garlic and mushrooms and cook for 1-2 minutes
Step 5
Add the tinned tomatoes and a half cup of water into the pan and crumble 1 beef stock cube
Step 6
Mixed thoroughly, adding salt, pepper and Italian herbs to taste and cooking on a high heat
Step 7
In a pot, boil water and add in desired pasta
Step 8
Cook the Bolognese sauce until the sauce becomes thick and reduces
