Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice chilies
Step 2
Place in bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let them sit in the hot water for 10 seconds, then drain. Run cold water over them to cool. Drain.
Step 3
Mix salt and seasoned rice vinegar. Place chilies in a jar with a lid. Pour vinegar mixture over them and refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
Serve with any Asian food, especially Thai food.
