30gred lentils
½ tspdried oregano

Instructions
Lentil patty
Step 1
Cook the lentils according package instructions.
Step 2
Slice the onion, bell pepper and zucchini. Mince the garlic. Chop the parsley.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the onion. Fry for one minute.
Step 4
Then add the bell pepper and zucchini. Fry for about 2min.
Step 5
Add the garlic and seasoning. Fry for another 2-3 min until soft and golden brown.
Step 6
To a mixer add the fried veggies, breadcrumbs and lentils. Mix until smooth. If the dough is too soft add more breadcrumbs.
Step 7
Form the dough into a ball. The ball then press flat with your hands.

Coat the patty with panko.
Step 9
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high and add the patty. Fry for about 2min then flip.
Step 10
Place the cheese slices on top and fry for another 2min until crispy and golden brown.
Sauce

To a small bowl add all the ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Burger
Step 12
Cut the burger bun in half. Toast them until golden brown.
Step 13
Slice the tomato.
Step 14
Spread the bottom bread half with the sauce.
Step 15
Top it with the salad, tomato slices and burger patty.
Step 16
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
