OR plant-based greek yogurt
1 ½ cupswhole milk
OR unsweetened almond milk
0.5lemon
juiced and zested
2 tspvanilla extract
½ tspground ginger
½ tspground turmeric

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, add the chia seeds and hot water. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Add all remaining (except for the toppings) and stir to combine. Allow to sit for 20 minutes or overnight in the fridge. Split into three servings.
Step 3
Serve with recommended toppings.
