Instructions
Step 1
Prepare 100g egg noodles as per packet instructions, Drain and set aside
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over low heat
and stir-fry 1/2 jar of Valcom Laksa Paste
until fragrant
Step 3
Add 150g sliced chicken fillet and stir-fry until cooked
Step 4
Add 1 cup (250ml) coconut milk and
3/4 cup (190ml water and bring to the boil.
Step 5
Place noodles in serving bowl, top with
Laksa soup and garnish with fresh
Beansprouts, contander leaves and a
Squeeze of lime juice (optional)
