Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta for 8 minutes. Chop onion, garlic, carrot and tomato
Step 2
Saute onion and garlic. Add carrot and saute for 3 minutes. Add mincee chicken, cook until the color changes
Step 3
Add tomato, stir and add water. Lower the heat then add seasonings. Cook for 10-15 minutes
Step 4
Prepare bechamel by melting butter then add flour. Cook until fragrant then gradually add milk. Add seasonings and cheese.
Step 5
Mix pasta to the pasta sauce.
Step 6
Assemble layer: pasta, mozzarella, then top with bechamel sauce and other cheese if wanted.
Step 7
Preheat oven 200c. Bake for 10 minutes then turn to 220c (top heat only) for 5 minutes.
